Caroline Street

 This garden represents work in three phases. The first was to open up the front garden to the street to share with people walking past. It feels like a haven in the inner city, full of flowers and biodiversity. This is a seasonal treasure, with interest all year round.

The next phase was ‘greening’ a sheltered inner courtyard, which we’ve treated with simplicity and clusters of pots with varied foliage. It is a serene focal point from the kitchen and living room.

We also planted out a small roof deck to create privacy and capture views of the sunset. Drifts of grasses catch the breeze and pots add interest with foliage at its best in Autumn.
